Brewed Awakenings

Brewed Awakenings coffee is air roasted in small batches. Our commercial roasting equipment heats the beans as they rotate in the air, heating all sides evenly and ensuring a bean that is roasted from the inside out, not the outside in like other roasting processes. Air roasting pushes the unwanted chaff from the roaster instead of heating it with the bean and decreasing the flavor, leaving only the flavorable bean.
